The Blue Sky MediaDesk 5.1 active surround monitor system gives you amazing, full-range sound from components optimized for desktop recording. Five super-compact, 60-watt active 2-way speakers are paired with a dedicated 60-watt powered subwoofer for an incredibly accurate, full sound. Full-range speakers
MediaDesk 5.1 incorporates five ultra-compact 60-watt powered 2-way satellite speakers, each featuring a high-quality 4" cast frame Neodymium hemispherical driver and a 1" soft dome Neodymium tweeter. These compact satellite speakers fit easily alongside a CRT monitor screen, and are magnetically shielded to avoid image distortion

Dedicated subwoofer
The MediaDesk 5.1 satellite speakers are complemented by a dedicated 60-Watt 8" powered subwoofer with Bass Management System. Subwoofer and master volume controls are located on the back of the sub, and are essential for optimizing its level and assuring seamless summation with the satellites. The sub can be placed under the desk, with the level variable for accurate low end response.

An accurate 5.1 system
Blue Sky's MediaDesk 5 .1 multi-speaker system is based around the core MediaDesk system, with the addition of three more satellite speakers, an amplifier/control module, and a wired remote volume control with level adjustments for all channels.
