Very, Very COOL
This amp just seems to attract people of all kinds. The sound the hookups the artistic shape, I don't know what it is about this amp, but all seem to like it just as much as the more powerful ones. It's got loud sound. you will think you put some nitroglycerin in it.
Awesome Amplifier
Great sound. Nothing to complain about. Quite a bit of sound comes out of the Mini Loudbox. Very affordable.
Little amp
This is a little amp with a big punch, it's perfect for jamming at home or solo at a small venue,
Highly impressive little acoustic amp
I've been playing for 23+ years and have never owned an acoustic amp until today. Less than 5 minutes out of the box this Fishman Loudbox has proven to be my favorite amp by far. It sounds absolutely breathtaking. I unboxed it and sat it on the kitchen table to serenade the wife with my new toy and I cranked the volume to just over half way and she felt the low end in her chest. This amp with the 6.5" speaker would easily suffice for a small venue or church. Add the DI output on the back and your sound projection becomes limitless.
Bluetooth connected flawlessly with the iPhone where I played a few backing pads with my guitar and sounded great.
I love the simplicity of there being only a gain, low, mid, and high knob as well as reverb and chorus. Simplicity is king when it comes to acoustic.
Later on I will be testing out the microphone input and really put this bad boy to the test. From my first experience out of the box I doubt I'll be disappointed.
Super light amp for easy portability. It's got enough inputs and outputs for any situation. Bedroom studio, small venue, church, larger venue it doesn't matter this baby will sing. The build quality is unbelievable. If I didn't know the price of it I would say it's easily worth twice what it's listed for.
Best purchase I've made in a long time.
Best Acoustic Amp
I've already got two of these amps already as they are the best to amplify an acoustic guitar. Very flexible in tone and does a good job for vocals. My wife and I both play and sing so these little amps work great! I've played in bigger venue and run an XLR cable from the output jack on the back of the amp to the PA system and what a fantastic sound it reproduces! I sent a message to to TJ Deller, my salesman at Sweetwater on Wednesday and I got it at my door Friday. Great service!
No PA needed. This IS a PA and acoustic guitar amp in one.
I took a Fishman Loudbox and my guitar to an open mic. Plugged the mic they had into the vocal input of the Fishman, plugged my guitar into the Fishman, dialed in a little chorus to the guitar signal and played a set. The crowd loved it and after the set, the MC said, "Man, that little amp filled this whole room!"
Since then, I've seen another performer do the same thing at one of his gigs. Go test drive a Fishman. You'll be amazed how good it sounds and also how capable it is to project your sound. You can literally carry your sound system and your guitar into the venue in one trip. I have the smaller version of the Loudbox. They offer bigger ones (and also more expensive battery powered versions) but you probably won't need it for most venues. I have the Fishman Loudbox Mini.
Yes indeed!
This lil baby is just what I needed, which is playing through our system at church giving me a monitor and equalizer controls at hand. A real confidence booster. And the price is right. I'm definitely excited about it!
FISHMAN LOUDBOX
I love this little amp! I've used it in an auditorium in a three-piece band, nursing homes and it's super. I love the light weight, and its power. Purchased it about a year ago.
I also bought a mixer from Sweetwater to accommodate two microphones for myself and female vocalist along with my guitar, and it worked just fine. It says it's an Acoustic Amp, but I've played my Epiphone Dot Reissue, my Fender Strat, and of course my acoustic through it, and with a little adjustment they all sound good too!
The separate channel for guitar and mic's are a great idea, with separate controls for each channel.
I would highly recommend to whomever needs something light-weight and powerful with volume, tone, reverb, chorus controls for the guitar - and the same (all but the "chorus") for vocals! A very satisfied customer. Of course, the service was great! Ken C.
Perfect Fit
I refer to myself not as a guitarist, but a "guy who plays the guitar" to write and perform music and this is the perfect addition to my writing/performing arsenal. This amp is so simple to use and delivers a rich, full sound that even makes someone at my skill level sound good! I bought a demo model and, as with everything I get from Sweetwater, the amp was in pristine condition with all the parts and pieces. Will Houston is my rep and he is always a fount of knowledge and gives me the benefit of his input to help me make the best decisions. Plus, his follow-up is outstanding and he makes it easy to make a purchase. I try and support my local music shops when I can, but Sweetwater is my go-to outside of my local Mom & Pop music stores.
Fishman Loudmouth Mini
I wanted an amp that would retain the sound of my acoustic guitars. The Fishman Loudmouth Mini does the job.
I also want to give a shout out to Kris Eckman at Sweetwater. We discussed various acoustic amps and he helped me choose the Mini
I really appreciate his follow-up call to see how I liked it.
Great acoustic amp
Perfect for our duo (2 acoustic guitars and 2 mics - we each have this amp). Sound is great and operation is simple. Great features.
Fishman Loudbox Mini
For such a small unit it does not disappoint. The sound fills the room very well also the extra features make it fun to use especially for a ukulele. Thanks Sweetwater, you're the best!
Fishman Loudbox Mini BT 60 Amp
This is really a fine amp for anyone with limited income but wants a good amp. This is for my Husband who I purchased a Taylor T5z and hooked it up to the Fishman Mini BT 60. Does an incredible job. Has a spot for a Mic. Couldn't ask for more for the money. We just use it at home and it is perfect. Thanks so much!
Fishman Loudbox Mini BT 60
This little amp has BIG sound, and is easy to tranport to gigs and i use it almost daily for practise. I couldnt be more pleased with it.
Mini sound
This is not my first Fishman, I have two SA330 a performer amp also.
I have always had good luck with their products. This little amp has a great sound very lite weight.
I will use it for small venues, as mixer/monitor for some venues and just a monitor for large venues and outside large areas.
Again, this is a great addition for any use, or just a great practice amp.
Thank you to Sweetwater for the same great service they always give. Thank you, Joel.
Killer little amp
This amp kicks total butt, and it is perfect for small venues. If you have band practice, set this up for the vocals. The vocals and guitar comes through clear. The reverb and chorus sound good too,

Fishman Loudbox BT 60w
Very versatile unit for a solo acoustic act. Reverb is stellar on both channels. Chorus effect on guitar channel is a nice touch. I like that the amp can be used as a monitor
for larger venues when sent to PA via xlr line out. Getting a nice tone from my Martin D18 with active Pure Mini pickup. The phase switch worked like a charm. Yes I have one in my pickup but I did not use it.
The amp's footprint is tiny. The sound
is large. It's working well for me.
My sales engineer at Sweetwater, Josh Pippin, is the finest kind.
Perfect for Acoustic Duo
I'm playing as part of an acoustic duo. This amp is the answer to my prayers. No worries about hauling a PA and an amp to gigs. We play brewpubs and house parties, and this is perfect. My only wish is that the microphone channel had a chorus as well.
Nicely Surprised
I knew this was a great amp before I got it. But I didn't know how its small size would work with several other Guitars that I own. I have a flattop DAngelico with a Fishman pickup. Naturally, that sounded great. But, I bought the amp for other Guitars. I have a DAngelico Excel Archtop with a floating pickup. I consider this Guitar acoustic. It sounds great through this amp. I have two 7 string Guitars, both tuned with a low A, Jazz style. One is a nylon string acoustic with a Fishman pickup and the other is a 7 string semi hollow with Duncan pickups. Both also sound great. The extended low end is no problem for this amp.
My mandolin sounds great as well.
I start with the tone controls set at 12. Sometimes, I cut the mids back to 10 or 11. I also tried my Strat & a Paul clean. They too are fine. For them, I lower the bass tone and raise the mids on the amp. The wireless connectivity to my phone for tracks is quick and easy. It handles a mic, Guitar, and tracks very well. This one piece of gear is great on small dates. If I need more, I add an 8" powered speaker to the XLR out and all is very well.
Thanks!
Fishman loudbox
Love this amp, highly recommend it to anyone
Versatile Amp
Bought for me wife to sing through and it play accompaniment backing tracks via BT. Also use it for vocals when my band practices at our house. Sounds very good and the reverb is nice. The guitar amp channel also sounds very good, I would say in the Roland Jazz Chorus vein. This would be great for performing. Well made, reasonable price.
Unbeatable for the price and size
I've owned a lot of acoustic guitar gear, and the Fishman Loudbox Mini is flat-out one of my favorite bits of kit. I use it to provide stage volume for acoustic guitar with bands, and frequently use it to provide both guitar and vocals in small rooms. Since many friends have this same amp, we've done many acoustic shows where each member just brings their Mini and we go without a PA - works amazingly well!
At first I was afraid that the Mini wouldn't have the oomph to get the job done, but I was wrong. The Mini puts out a lot of sound that belies its small size and weight, and it's a remarkably high fidelity product with minimal coloration. The addition of Bluetooth lets me play music from my iPad through the Mini during breaks, and that's simply a great feature that sounds fantastic.
Some day I might need a bigger Loudbox, but not yet. Highly recommended.
Packs a punch
Needed a more portable amp for the backline in my band. This little amp I do believe is my answer. I can still line out to the board a hear myself onstage. Won't miss hauling around a 50 lb amp to get the same results
Loudbox Mini BT
Sounds great with my new PRS. Like the blue tooth for backing tracks.
Great sound, functions & service
The amp sounds great. I use it to play at home parties and it fill the room an open terrace easily.
The BT feature is great for backing tracks or just to play some music.
The service was awesomw. Great advice from Josh.
Could use phantom power
Great little amp, but in my opinion I'd like to see it with phantom power for condenser mics.
Fishman mini amp
The mini amp is light weight and good for on the go. It gives you the sound of a big amp. I love it.
Great Amp!
Love the amp. It has great features and sounds great!
And a big shoutout to Ben Cameron who is always a great support with my purchases.
Best acoustic amplifier out there
Playing on a Martin D13E and it sounds great, very natural sounding very impressed you wont be disappointed.
Small light compact amp big full sound
Love this acoustic amp! Fishman technology has created a triumphant product. Both the vocal and instrument channels are great, the sound quality is fantastic! No change in quality if channels are used separately or used simultaneously. Perfect for most solo venues. It's hard to say anything negative, but this is not really for electric guitars in my opinion, it just doesn't work for me. The limited promotion for a free case is legit; received the padded case in a week, very nice.
Great Sound
Excellent sounding amp. I love how this thing amplifies the natural sound of my acoustic guitars. Having the Bluetooth capabilities adds to the versitility. Excellent choice for home or smaller area venues.
Loudbox- named for good reason
I picked up the Mini while on sale as a studio practice amp. As soon as I plugged in, I quickly realized that this "mini" ain't so mini. Definitely packs a punch and is now a gig amp for smaller venues.
You won't regret purchasing. AND built in Bluetooth is a killer feature.
Fishman Loudbox Mini BT 60 W
Amazing amp in a compact size. Exceeded all my expectations.
Great sounding amp, many uses
I run a guitar repair business and needed an acoustic amp to test out acoustic guitar preamps. Also to play occasional small amplified gigs. This fit the bill perfectly. What I realized afterwards is that it also makes a wonderful rehearsal tool! Bluetooth connects my laptop to the amp for playing along with songs I learn for wedding gigs. The DI out goes into my Behringer 2-sided in-ear monitor amplifier. Much better sound quality than running my Alexa Dot speaker to mini mixer to powered speaker DI out to monitor amp. And it also sounds great just used as a Bluetooth speaker for music in my shop and around the house or on the back deck. And if I want to play along, I plug in the guitar!
Spectacular!
Awesome amp. Replicates the beautiful sound of my acoustics perfectly. Love the chorus and reverb .
Great sound quality
I haven't played it at a gig yet but this little amp sounds amazing. The guitar pops and the vocals are sounding as good as it can make me sound. Transaction from Sweetwater was top notch as always.
Thanks,
Toby
One Sweet amp
I just love its size and sound. Much easier to haul around than its big brother that I have too. I run my helix floor through it and play acoustic and electric guitars and a flute, works great!!!
Great Amp
I just got my Fishman 60wloud box, and all I can say is I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. This amp sounds incredible. I usually play and sing through a Bose L1 model s, but got this amp for smaller gigs with limited space. My vocals and acoustic guitar sound as good or better through this little Fishman amp. I am so impressed with it. Never been so happy with a purchase.
A Must Have for Acoustic, Vocal or Wind Musicians
Long overdue for an upgrade. I purchased the Fishman b/c the amp that I had was old and blown out. The Fishman Loudbox boasts 60watts of power with a BlueTooth connection. Don't let the size fool you. I took it to a gig, and it worked great! At home, I'll connect my iPhone to the Loudbox and jam with tracks and go over material I need to study. I play flute and sax. When performing with loud guitars and drums you need to be amplified and this will do it. Regarding BT, be aware you must continuously hold down the BT button to pair your device. IF you just turn on BT, you won't see FishmanLBX. After a few tries I got it to work, and my device connects automatically when BT is turned on. Plus, it looks great. Highly recommend.
Just what I needed!
This app is everything it is advertised to be. It is great for smaller venues like a church sanctuary or for doing a solo gig at a small restaurant. It is easy to transport and has plenty of volume!
Fishman Mini BT60 Amp
I was skeptical at first because of the smaller size amp that she is however she sounds great. I purchased the Fishman Mini BT60 AMP, the Sennheiser e 825 microphone and the microphone stand. The package was fantastic and of course shipping was fast. I've been dealing with Max Rice for years and he is absolutely great and full of knowledge. Now I just have to learn how to sing...
I Love this Fishman amp!
I don't think there is anything that can touch this amp. The sound is beautiful. The basic things you need to shape and enhance your tone are here. The Loudbox is loud for it's size. I am thrilled with this purchase. If you are looking for an amp in this spec and cost range I don't think you can go wrong with the Fishman Loudbox. I got the Fishman cover for it as an extra purchase and it's nice as well to keep the dust off, etc. I'm not sure why I did now since I use it daily. You know how it is with our musical toys. I just had to have a cover. Ha ha!
I forgot to mention that the vocal channel is very good too. This FIshman amp gets 5 stars all day and night long! FYI I was using a Taylor 210ce Plus acoustic and.a recently purchased SM 58 mic with this.
As usual the Sweetwater consumer experience is great and so is my Sales Engineer, Sean! Thanks man!
Fishman loudbox mini BT 60 watt.
Never knew, a amplifier, could carry so much tnt.
This amplifiers size really fooled me. My Taylor, comes to life with this amp every time I plug in. Sound is awesome. Nothing, can compare. Worth the investment, and proud. Thank you
Awesome amplifier
I heard a small group playing and singing over these amplifiers where I work. I was so impressed with the quality and richness of the sound I went out and purchased without even trying one myself.
There are no regrets like ( I wish I got the bigger amplifier). The EQ works perfectly. This is a two channel amp so you have nice control separately for instrument and microphone. The digital reverb actually sounds like reverb should.. for the first time in my life I'm genuinely happy to plug in my acoustic. I started playing guitar in 1968.
Fishman Loudbox
What a wonderful little amp. Great sound and a great bang for the buck. I have other acoustic amps but this little jewel is amazing. So powerful and full sounding. Functions perfectly. Very light to take with you anywhere. The blue tooth function works great. Sweetwater comes through again. Thanks again to Clint. I'm always amazed by your service. That is why I'm a dedicated Sweetwater customer.
Good sounding problem solver in a small package.
The Loudbox Mini is a versatile little workhorse at a reasonable price point. This is my 3rd one, the first one got stolen and the second one is at Fishman for repair. I bought this 3rd one because the Mini has become something I can't be without for any length of time. Decent amount of volume for a small house concert and can act as a monitor for larger gigs. They've added bluetooth since I bought my older ones and the new tolex is way more rugged than before. If you're using a pickup with an onboard preamp you're good to go. If, like me, you're using K&K passive pickups you may want to add an additional EQ. The one thing I'd like Fishman to add is a ground lift for the DI output but other than that its a great little amp with a small footprint.
Great Amp!
This amp has great volume and sound. It's simple, easy to operate, and adjust to the sound I want. I did my research before I purchased and I can see why it is one of the best selling amps on the market.
Fishman Mini Presents Big!
My scheme was to add a stereo station to the Loudbox Artist purchased a while back-- which I love. I have found that over the past month I have left the Artist, the Mackie Thumps, and the ancient Bose L1 under the bed and in the closet in favor of the accessibility/portability of the Mini. So what if it doesn't have two convertible XLR slots-- the 1/4" and the XLR work fine for my rig... And the sound is so natural! This unit was a crucial component for me: Shaka was incredibly helpful, as always-- and he was right, as always.
Just as I expected!!!
I wrote a review a couple days ago on a LoudBox Artist that I bought about 8 months ago and how "Blown Away" I was by this little amp. I wondered about purchasing a LoudBox Mini just to kick around with for practice and whatever. I received the amp yesterday and I'm Blown away again! this little guy sounds as good as the Artist. I'm truly amazed how they get such a rich sound out of these little guys. If I done a side by side comparison, you would be hard pressed to tell which amp was which. So instead of repeating everything from the first review, because the LB Artist has more effects and 120 watts, just go the the LoudBox Artist and read the review titled "Blown Away" because like I said before, if you plan on putting a mic on this amp and running thru your sound system or the house system at the gig you're playing, this amp will do the trick! it also has good power for a small to medium venue. I would like to also Thank the people at Sweetwater for their helpful and professional way of dealing with customers. also, if you don't have a regular sales rep, ask for Dave Snyder at extension 1680. he's always done his best to help me and I'm sure he'll do the same for you.
Fishman Loudbox Mini
I just loved this Amp. perfect for Acoustic sounds is amazing for the price.
Fishman Loudboxk Mini BT 60
This is an AMAZING acoustic sound speaker combo. If there were six stars it would merit it.
Loudbox
This is a great little amp for your acoustic guitar. I'm a beginner guitarist but the sound that you get from this is incredible. Consequently I also can really hear my errors. Lol
Perfect for an acoustic gig
I had a party gig in a banquet room for about 25 people and the Loudbox Mini was perfect. Easily adjustable volume for a small crowd but could be used for a bigger one easily, too.
Just what I was looking for
I just finished my first two gigs with this onstage. The group added a piece that required a classical guitar, and mine sounded wrong through my usual gear (not to mention the complexities of re-patching between songs). I wanted something that wouldn't be a lot of extra weight or size, sounds good as a personal monitor, and patches into the house sound without drama.
The Fishman nails it. It's charming in its size, lightweight for the power you get, feels solid, sounds great, and even looks pretty nice. I pushed an OnStage wedge under it to tip it up toward me a bit, problem solved
vocals anyone
of all the reviews ive seen … no one mentions the vocals. i consider myself an average singer, but to my surprise. i sounded amazing thru this amp. it gives so much confidence now .
the 2nd thing is it sounded sooo good when i got i havent even messed with the eq controls. pretty amazing!
ive owned it now for a few years! i play martins and ovations thru it as well.
Great little acoustic amp
I've been playing my acoustic (Takamine GB7C) without an amp for a year or so. But while playing country gospel music with other musicians, I couldn't hear myself. Now I can. Fishman makes great products. I highly recommend this amp.
Just what I needed!
I donated my megaton Peavy and sized down to this little gem. The sound is very good and I'm currently playing my jacked-in piano along with wireless tablet.
Loudbox Proud Box
I have purchased a couple of these Fishman Loudbox Mini 60 watt acoustic performance amps. The first one I bought has the battery power for use without plugging into an outlet. The second one is a regular plug in type. These amps are light weight units and powerful enough for a good live performance and the sound quality is excellent. When performing in a large church sanctuary, I used the line out into the house main sound system with great effect. The line out is definitely a plus on the amp features; it will allow you to tap into a larger sound system while using the amp itself as a monitor or as a close control for the overall sound; and it will allow you to daisy chain this amp to other various small combo amps in different venues to increase sound presence as desired. For creative live performance sound reinforcement, I recommend you acquire a small cable attachment that converts low impedance signal to high impedance signal so that you can thereby plug your line out signal into the quarter inch input on any combo amp; those converter units are just small inexpensive fixtures that attach to the out end of a regular low impedance mic cord.
Versatile
The Fishman Loudbox Mini I received from Sweetwater is quite the versatile piece of adjunct equipment everyone should have. It seems to do it all. I use it to play music via Bluetooth from my cell phone (Pandora) for personal use or at a venue, such as a family gathering or church picnic. Access to electricity required. Pairing Bluetooth was pretty simple and quick. The Shure M57 mic combined with the Fishman works well for making announcements, for an MC, for singing, or picking up an acoustic guitar when placed close to the sound hole. My acoustic/electric Yamaha CG-TA is loud and clear when plugged directly into the Fishman Loudbox Mini. This also allows for use of the mic for secondary purposes.
The Fishman arrived in a timely manner. Packed well per usual Sweetwater practice. Love their service. The Fishman Loudbox Mini has a substantial weight/feel to it. Solidly built. It is smaller in size than I expected, making it more portable and less intrusive physical. However, don't let the size fool you. With the volume at about 25% it got the neighbors looking with the doors and windows closed.
A very nice piece of equipment. Can't beat the versatility and the value for the price.
Fishman for the win!
Excellent value for an acoustic amp. The volume is plenty and the Bluetooth features is really fun for jamming with backing tracks. This came as a package with microphone and stand so value was through the roof! (Under 400). First purchased from Sweetwater and i was blown away by the fact that they followed up with a calm to see how i liked it. Top shelf service and support! Im a fan fo sho!
Surprisingly good for arch top jazz guitar!
This last weekend, I used a Fishman Loudbox mini for my rig playing a jazz festival with my arch top (basically a single humbucker L7 with just a vol knob).
Not being familiar with the amp, I didn't expect it to be good for that application---amps that work well for arch tops are a really different, specific lot---but it was better than any of my other heads are with that axe. So perfect for that application, I just went ahead and bought one!
It's Really Not About The Size
I recently started getting my feet wet with playing acoustic guitar. I'm a songwriter, singer and guitarist for Blackcat Elliot. We are based out of Albany, NY and we're all about the CBGB's era rock. The Ramones, The Clash etc. Anyway, during the pandemic, we were put on hold. So, I started playing acoustic and was looking for an amp that had a guitar and a vocal input. I did tons of research. I came upon this Fishman and let me tell you, it's AMAZING. I absolutely love it. Great reverb and the quality for vocals is outstanding. And it carries an beautiful sound for my Ovation electric acoustic guitar. I also would like to give a BIG, BIG shout out to Matt at Sweetwater. He was very personable and was great to talk to about what I was looking for. I totally recommend this amp and Sweetwater!
Does everything I need and more
I ordered my candy and a Fishman Loudbox Mini came along with it. It fits my needs for an acoustic amp and mini pa but also does fine around the house for the clean electric jazz tones I crave. To top it all off I'm using the Bluetooth to listen to podcast, YouTube and streaming music.
I have three
I must like these as I have three of the mini's. The bundle deal is an amazing value.
Transparent Sound
I have a Cordoba GK Pro classical which has great Fishman electronics. I play a mix of Classical, Pop and Jazz. The guitar sounds good through my JBL PA and I've been pleased. Apparently, I didn't know what I didn't know. The minute I plugged the GK into this amp, I was blown away. The LoudBox Mini sounds exactly like an amplified version of my guitar with added chorus and reverb if I choose. I can't wait to gig with it. I think it will be good for most gigs and figure I can use the DI to go out to the PA if needed. If it will push this sound to the PA, I can play anywhere with it.
What an amp!
I ended up buying it because I bought the Boss RC 300 looper and took it on vacation with me, thinking I would try it out and send it back if I didn't like it. (I liked it.) I realized when I got to the cabin that I forgot my amp. I went to a local music center with the intent of buying a cheap $100 amp to get me through the week. I played this amp for about 30 seconds and said "okay, I'll take it".
The amp sold itself. No sales pitch needed. If you are an acoustic guitarist who needs an amp, check out this amp or its larger siblings. You won't regret it.
Fantastic sound
I love the sound of Fishman amps since I bought a Martin that came with Fishman electronics already in it. What a rich sound from such a small amp! It's perfect for at home use and if you gave the capabilities, it can be hooked up to the PA via the DI on the back. It has a mic input so you can perform at home for practice or small settings like nursing homes. I have done several nursing homes with it and it is very capable. I put this up against some other acoustic amps and the Fishman was the winner.
Great little acoustic amp
My first acoustic amp and like it very much The quality of sound great
Fishman Loudbox Mini 60 watt
I thought I might buy my nephew one of these bad boys. He can forget that party. This is MINE! An amazing little gem. Mine came with a Sennheiser mic, stand & cables. And of course, now, I wish I owned the largest Fishman Loudbox. You will never regret this purchase. Buy it for yourself.
Loudbox mini
This amp is awesome! Don't let the small size fool you, because it is a true powerhouse. It's compact and lightweight, and delivers the sound you need for even moderately large settings. No feedback, nothing except easy to use to convey just the right amount of sound. And the price is good, too. You just can't go wrong with the Fishman Loudbox Mini BT 60 watt.
Fishman Mini
High Quality and exactly what I wanted.
The Beat Acoustic Guitar Amp
Wow! Sound, clarity, performance, tone! Just wow! Very pleased!
Fishman Loud Box Mini .
Great amp , perfect for small to med . gigs , or can go through a PA . if needed . great tone , Loud for its size , i am very happy with it .
Better than antcipated
I purchased this amp to go with my Multiac guitar, having only heard the amp through on line reviews. It exceeded all my expectations. Great sound. I am particularly impressed with the low end. Very clear and not "boomy."
Delivers as advertised
I'll just echo everything I've seen and heard online. It's easy to set up and play with to configure your sound, and is plenty loud for rehearsal and (though I haven't used it live) a small gig if necessary. It really does sound good! Shout out to Sweetwater for great service, immediate delivery. And especially to my sales engineer Luke Herman for all the years of service and shared knowledge.
What a useful amp!
I think every musician has a certain tone in their mind that they want to hear. Sometimes that tone is hard to achieve and so it was with me. I hit the mark with this Fishman amp! I have tried an embarrassing number of acoustic amplifiers before and I didn't like any of them- they sounded artificial and cheap. This amp is so good that I have to purposely screw with the knobs to make it sound bad.
I have a guitar with a Fishman preamp so I thought it'd be logical to try one of their amps and let them work together. I can't stop playing this combination now. It's easy to set up, and it's forgiving-it doesn't amplify mistakes. After spending a good 90% of my musical life sneering at acoustic amps I've found a friendly one. Pardon me, I need to sign off now so I can play some more. Many thanks to Alberto, my sales rep.
Best Bluetooth speaker I've ever owned!
Besides how incredible the amp sounds with an acoustic guitar having the Bluetooth connectivity makes this amplifier just that much more valuable. It sounds amazing, it's plenty loud and just overall a great product. I recommend this amplifier to anyone!
Top Notch
Not only is the equipment awesome, but the customer service was great! Came quickly, and the candy surprise is just the best!! Thank you for making my shopping experience so sweet!!
Fishman Loudbox Mini
I love this amp ! We use a Fishman Loudbox amp for our jam sessions and it has no problem being heard over a noisy bar crowd.I know of a couple of people who also use the Loudbox amp for doing gigs so I was able to hear it in action. Based on their recommendations,I bought the Loudbox Mini, with the mic, chord and stand package. Just can't beat a great price ,quality equipment, and great sales, and personal service.
Unbelievably Clean Sound
I had recently purchased a Taylor T5Z and my existing amp did not give me the completely clean sound I was looking for. I asked Taylor to give me suggestions and they suggested the Fishman. Plugged it in and set it just at standard setup and the difference in sound was amazing. Then, tweeking the various settings made it sound even better. Add the ability to add a backer track from my phone via bluetooth and the entire setup is complete.
Fishman amplifier
I bought this amp. to compliment my ukulele. I love the clear and rich sound I'm hearing when I play my use.
Really happy
Had been playing my acoustic on a fender tube amp I use for my electric guitars. Way better sound on such a small amp!! Having a great time.
Solid build quality, excellent sonic qualities, excellent for acoustic guitar and other acoustic instruments
I'm impressed with the tone and the build quality. The controls and weight of the amp feel solid and high quality, like it should last a life time with daily use.
The amp sounds good on the floor and not bass boomy with acoustic guitars. You can dial in warm to bright tones, and the tone will be true to your acoustic guitar.
The amp does not have an effects loop, but would accept looper, reverb, and other pedals through the input.
I like the amp best with without reverb or with just a subtle touch of reverb.
Mighty little beast!
This is my 2nd one. I'm still using my 1st one playing out professionally every week and it's 8 years old. It looks like it's been through a war zone but sounds as good now as it did when I brought it home that 1st day. I bought this one for my wife who also is a musician. The sound of these little beast's are pure, controls are simple, power is REAL & LOUD, 2 channels with direct out on back. What I like about the direct out is that you are taking your instrument and vocals (2 channels) into 1 channel. I play in a duo and sometimes we have to use the sound equipment at the venue. If you play out you know that its not always to your benefit because they buy the cheapest they can find. Using your Mini you have control over your individual sound so you will always have some control, especially if they only have a 2 channel mixer. You can turn the 2 channels into 4 by using your mini. I found this to be a huge plus!!!!!!
Nice sound
Great sound from a nice looking amp.
All you need
Just received this amp and it sound incredible. Playing my Martin through it and really adds new dimensions of sound.
Got the bundle with the microphone. Can"t sign but with the amp having blue tooth family can do sign alongs.
Fishman Loudbox Mini
Great amp for my Acoustic and Classical guitar...there is plenty of power if needed but also perfect for home playing and practicing. It"s extremely easy to setup and use. The Bluetooth connection has been a valuable addition for playing along jam-tracks.
Loudbox Minni BT
This is an excellent little amp for both my acoustic guitars and vocals. I have this and a Boss Acoustic Singer Live. Both are 60 watts, and of comparable size and weight. The Boss has a few more bells and whistles for sound shaping, and a looper, but the Fishman has the bluetooth connectivity which opens up lots of possibilities. The quality of sound they produce is about the same - both are excellent. I'm really happy with both of them, and would have a hard time choosing between them if I could only keep one - but luckily I don't have to. Great having both for when playing with a friend, or when alone I use an ABY box and get a nice full sound from the two of them, even at low volumes. I'd highly recommend either, or both.
Perfect
If you want a great little acoustic amp for practice or small outings this is the real deal. Easy to use, easy to carry, great sound. I also suggest purchasing the protective cover which serves well when traveling. Thanks to Adam at Sweetwater for fantastic service.
Best small acoustic amp
An amazing amp for its size. It"s dead quiet at idle (no hiss), but has plenty of clean power for a small room. Light weight so it is easy to carry. Good for everything from home practice to coffee houses. The mike channel is very clean as well. There is good reverb effect on both channels. The chorus effect for the main channel is a little weak, but OK. Well worth the price, would purchase again.
Fishman loudbox Mini with Bluetooth 60-watt Acoustic Combo
It is a great little Amp it may be small but the sound is not small I use it with my Martin guitar and also my American standard Strat they both sound great with this Amp Thanks again Sweetwater for your great service
WOW Blown away
Amazing what 60 watts properly surrounded can do. So many features packed in to the Loudbox mini for sound shaping. I never sounded so good and my days of lugging big amps are over!!
Sweetwater delivery was on time, Made a good deal and staff very knowledgeable.
Just me...
Best acoustic amp I have ever played through.
Fantastic Little Amp
Love it, no regrets what so ever in purchasing this amp. Its got lots of very clear, crystal sound and having the BT functionality is really nice. Big shout out to Ryan for hooking me up!
Fishman Load box Mini
This was the perfect amp for me. Just started playing again and it sounds great for the beginner player.
Also love the Bluetooth feature wherr I can play along with my favorite songs. Thanks Alex and Casey for the help in picking out all the new gear.
wonderful acoustic amp
Sounds great with my Godin ACS nylon string. Easily transported. Nice xlr output to connect to a PA. Mostly use as home as a practice amp. Would be nice to have a built-in headphone jack, as I'm often playing in the evening and need to stay quiet (workaround is to connect xlr cable to an audio interface or mic pre-amp).
More Surprised
After using it on several dates in several different rooms, I'm even more pleased. It's not just some kind of powered speakers with a built in mixer. There is definitely some master EQ going on and maybe a little master compression. It has a very nice overall polished tone. Great with guitars, mic, and tracks. Thanks!
Great Small Amp
Great small acoustic amp. Did a lot of research and concluded this one fit my needs. Lacks a couple of nice to haves like phantom power and feedback control, but none of the choices was perfect. Haven't gigged with it yet, but it checks out well at home. Very satisfied.
Loudbox mini
For home play or small venue this amp is great and has good easy operation. I like that you can plug in a mic and a guitar is such a small amp and have such good sound.
Just one thing missing
This is a great acoustic instrument amp. I am only using the amp for extended practice (no street venues yet) but I feel I can comment. I have the "mini charge" version. Battery life (how long a charge lasts) is phenomenal. I play a Martin D16E (with Fishman electronics) The guitar and amp fit like a hand and glove. The slightest movement (OK let's say 5% of what is possible) on any of the amp controls (gain, low, mid, high, reverb, chorus, master) produce a noticeable change through the speaker. You can sort out issues with the controls. Add the 3 controls on the Martin to the mix and you can really dial in your sound. OK, what is the missing item? That would be a USB "C" connector to charge your cell phone off the big a** battery in the amp. Here I have a dead phone (after playing 60 downloads) but an almost full amp battery that I have no access to. I would like to know how protected the internals are from a drink spill on the amp and some protective covers on the controls would be nice. No way (unless you strap it down) to run the amp on a stand. I use the amp as I can't hear myself play as I play outside and standing up most times. The amp solved the problem well."People" were always saying "you don't need an amp unless you are gigging" not at all true. Could not be happier.
Small, Powerful, and Effective.
I was very impressed with this amp. The simplicity of its design makes it use a breeze. I give it a 9 out of 10. If I were to redesign it, I would change the inputs to those that support either balanced XLR or unbalanced 1/4" in one physical input jack, for each input channel. The other change I would make would be to make it battery operated as well. Make these two changes and it would be the perfect Busker or Street Musician's amp. As it is, I still love it!
Best sounding Acoustic Amp Ever
This is a perfect match for My Gibson J-15. No ‘barking’ sound. Just clear clean Acoustic sound with all the subtle harmonics intact.
This will fit my needs
This little amp packs a big sound. 60 watts of power is probably more than I need for where I play. The reason for the 4.5 stars is that under certain conditions/settings, primarily high volume settings, the sound can get a little muddy. Keep in mind, I am using this to amplify acoustic ukuleles with passive pickups (K&K Aloha Twin Spots). The ukuleles run through a Fishman Preamp, and a pedal board, into the Loudbox Mini. Fishman's Loudbox instruction manual gives some suggested settings for the tone controls for different size rooms, and I have found these settings important in getting the best sound out of my setup. I like it, and am glad to have it in my equipment lineup.
Fishman Loudbox Mini
When all you need is a small acoustic amp for your acoustic &/or hybrid guitar, this is a good choice. Some of my favorite features are the bluetooth ability to pair with your smart phone device, the clarity of the DI Output (no amp mic needed), and a master volume knob for the entire system. I would give this amp 5.0 stars if it wasn't for my need to place a BodyRez pedal between the guitar and the amp to get what I perceive the best acoustic sound. And, 60-Watts from a small portable sounding amp is always favorable for Live performances controlled by the master volume knob.
Loudbox mini
I love the tone that comes from this amp. I use this along with the Fishman Tone Deq for my gigs.I am a Fishman fan.
Doesn't wear well.
Over the years have owned a few Fishman amps. No problem with the sound. My problem is the outside covering. Is it Tolex ? My amps are well taken care of, but they look like they've gone through a war.
FISHERMAN BOX
OK I STILL GOING FISHING WITH MY LATE FATHER SINCE HE PASSED AWAY AND SO I JUST MISS GOING FISHING WITH MY FATHER (RAY SELLS) AND ANY WAY STILL MISS GOING FISHING WITH MY FATHER (RAY SELLS) AND SO NOW I AM JUST DOING WORK ON MY COMPUTER AND DOING SOME OLD HISTORY ABOUT GHOST TOWNS AS WELL FROM WENDY WOLF SELLS
Great Amp
Great Amp, sound is superb, small size Big sound
Lack of info
Just bought this for use in church. The Bluetooth was a selling point however, there is no information included or even on YouTube that tells you you must have an app on your phone to use after pairing. I have not been able to get this done because there's no app specifically for my android and this amp.
Doesn't stand olone
The reason for 4 stars the unit falls over when set on a 45 minute position
I was wrong
Originally I was unhappy with this amp. However, now that I"ve had it a few days, I"ve got it dialed in and it"s sounding really good. Well pleased with it.
Unreliable
Bought it in 2020.Quit working within a year. Was still under Fishman warranty so they repaired.Ayear later It quit working again with the same problem. It is a nice amp when it works but it is not reliable .Hope sweetwater can help me on this one
Guess I Bought The Lemon
Don"t like it at all. The sound is very muddy and dull. I was expecting much more. I might as well lit $... on fire.
2016 Model, BAD Material on Amp!
I bought my amp in 2016, with the Fishman cover. Used it only once. Yesterday I took it out to play, and noticed almost all of the tolex on the corners were torn off (my gear is babied and protected at all times). Bad material, even with the cover on the amp fell apart. Went to some music forums and there were many complaints with the same issue. So disappointed! Fishman, don't cut corners with cheap material!
