Works great. Connections seem secure. It'd be nice if the female end was labeled "TRS," but a gold sharpie fixed that.

fell apart when pulled out of 3.5mm headphone jack
First time I went to use it, it fell apart when pulled out of a 3.5mm headphone jack.
I've used Hosa products before, this was the first time I've had a problem with one.
Looks nice, but has a loose connection.
Looked like a nice adapter at first, and I have been impressed with other Hosa cables and accessories so far. Sadly this adapter fails to maintain a good connection on the 3.5mm end when moved slightly (using on headphones). Replaced it with an old generic unbranded adapter that I had laying around, which never has given me any issues.
