Wide variety of exotic and unusual percussion sounds
Look to the Horizon Series FXPercussion collection whenever you need a different sound to spice up your score. Celestial, moody and evocative – the waterphone delivers a broad sonic spectrum ranging from pure sonic experimentation to ethereal melodies. This volume also features percussion instruments that mimic nature, like the waldteufel, cuica and the lion’s roar. Try the thunder sheets to produce dark and metallic effects collages, or create bizarre worlds with the spring drum. This collection, taken entirely from the Percussion set of Vienna’s Pro Edition, contains the most spectacular and exceptional instruments in this category. Sounds like Japanese singing bowls, flex atone and many more inspiring treasures are dedicated to all users searching for extraordinary and rare instruments. Like the Glass & Stones edition of the Horizon Series, FXPercussion is a vast reservoir for every sound designer.

Includes a range of sound effects essentials
Also included in the FXPercussion collection is a variety of classic sound effects, ideal for insertion in plays and recordings of dramatic works. You'll find car and bicycle horns, gunshots, hammers, railroad tracks, sirens, thunder sheets and wind machines.

Thousands of samples with multiple articulations
As with all VSL collections, the FXPercussion set comprises thousands of samples. Most instruments include multiple articulations to extract the full range of sound possibilities from the FXPercussion instruments. No matter what your sound needs are, the Horizon Series FXPercussion collection is a sonic playground!
