From Our Research Team:Sweetwater Exclusive - Eleven Rack Expression Pedal!Mission Engineering's EP-11-S expression pedal is purpose-built to be the perfect expression pedal for Avid's Eleven Rack guitar amp/FX modeler - and it's only available at Sweetwater! The EP-11-S gives you smooth, expressive control over the Eleven Rack's controls, perfect for wah and rotary speaker effects. The best part of the EP-11-S, though, is that it has a toe switch to engage/disengage your effect of choice! That means that when you're playing your Eleven Rack, you don't have to tapdance to engage a wah on your MIDI foot controller, then go to your expression pedal to work the effect, then move to your MIDI controller to turn the effect off. Just connect the dual outputs of the EP-11-S to your MIDI foot controller, connect that to your Eleven Rack with MIDI, and assign the switches to the effects you want to toggle. If you're looking for a realistic and convenient interaction with your Eleven Rack's effects, you want the Mission Engineering EP-11-S expression pedal!Mission Engineering EP-11-S Expression Pedal at a Glance:
Just like a real wah pedal What sets the Mission Engineering EP-11-S expression pedal apart from the pack is its clickable toe switch to turn the Eleven Rack's effects on and off. Until now, you'd have to use an expression pedal to control the effect's rocker pedal, and a separate MIDI switch to turn the effect on and off. If you connect both expression outputs to a MIDI foot controller, then interface that with your Eleven Rack, you can just rock the EP-11-S forward to click the toe switch on, and click it off when you're done, without ever taking your foot off the EP-11-S. It's convenient in the studio, and a must-have for live use. Extra functionality The Mission Engineering EP-11-S has a mode switch, to let you use it as an expression pedal with virtually any guitar MIDI controllers. Even though it's the perfect expression pedal for Avid's Eleven Rack, it'll work great with almost any rig! Built to last The Mission Engineering EP-11-S is built tough, so have no fear using it live. The black finish and orange logo even match the Avid Eleven Rack! This pedal is just super heavy duty, It is actually heavier than my ground control pro unit. The toe switch and the expression pedal are basically two separate pedals so you need a foot board controller with two pedal jacks. The voodoo labs ground control is perfect for using this pedal, setup is easy, function could not be better, highly recommended. close [-]

I am really offering my review on Mission Pedals (generally) not just this particular pedal. I have two Mission EP1-TC expression pedals running through a T.C. I liked this pedal so much I bought a second one for a global volume pedal. However, I can assign them any way I wish. They are very well made and can take a beating. They sound great once set up and I don't have any doubts that the EP-11-S is any different. These are great products and I'm happy to have them in my rig. Make sure that you check which chord is required! The EP1-TC uses one TRS stereo chord. This pedal may also. close [-]
