Though known for his speedy use of stringy, single-coil guitar tones, Lee outfitted this Music Man model with a duo of custom-wound DiMarzio humbucking pickups. These humbuckers are engineered to deliver a clear sound with enough muscle for thick, driven tones when desired. And the guitar's 5-way pickup selector allows you to select the inner and outer coils of each humbucker for glassy, Strat-like timbres, in addition to the usual bridge and neck configurations. One-of-a-kind constructionThe Music Man Albert Lee signature model's design has been turning heads since its original release. While it doesn't look quite like anything out there, the mahogany body is finely tuned to maintain an extremely comfortable fit when resting against your body. Each contour, from the forearm to the belly cut, has been carefully thought out. And the body boasts a hardtail bridge with six individually adjustable string saddles for precise intonation and large amounts of sustain.
