He required a signature on the package when I gave him permission not to require it in writing via this site's correspondence. It caused a hassle here because we work so we had to adjust our schedule to receive the package. He told me it was mandatory but the place he shipped it from said it's not. He was great about everything else so that's why I would recommend him but he just needs to listen what the buyer asks.

Drum arrived carefully packaged and well protected. This is a "used" drum, but the seller was very honest and frank about the flaws of this drum. I carefully inspected the drum on arrival and felt it was "as advertised," and perhaps in better than just "good" condition. Initially I felt the price was a bit high, but considering how prices have risen in the last 18-24 months, and after the drum arrived, I thought the price was very fair. I would not hesitate to shop X-Drums again.
