Seller response time was extremely fast. Only issues I had were with the "Mint Condition / Brand New In Box" description and shipping packaging. Knobs and faders show clear signs of degradation, and are all tacky/gooey and need to be replaced. Shipping box was also questionable, and way oversized. At least 12 inches taller than the synth box, and virtually no padding inside to keep it from flopping around during transit. Most of the tape had peeled off before arrival and took no effort to open the box when I received it. The UPS driver also commented on it. Otherwise, everything seems to be in great working order.
