rrenee is polite and the gear was as described. It took 2 weeks for gear to be shipped after purchase, but I think there was a learning curve as this was their first sale. rrenee communicated with me well but, as I said, did take 2 weeks to ship. I was beginning to think it was a scam of some sort but thankfully it was not.
