Very easy transaction and I think shipped out the same day. The pedal was packed safely and arrived exactly as described... I'd buy from again, no question. As for the Ram's Head, I love it! It's a legend for a reason!! I think it has a nice range of tones available, from subtle to prominent. Obviously doesn't have the slam that the OpAmp Muff has, but it's a different sound that you want from this anyway. I'm really thrilled to have both in my arsenal!
