Unfortunately, my experience with this seller was far from satisfactory. Despite the listing claiming the item was basically in mint condition the meter was broken on the Shelford when used in reduction mode. Regrettably, I missed the return window due to my oversight. While I want to give the seller the benefit of the doubt, communication has been lacking. Even a simple inquiry about the purchase date to explore warranty options went unanswered. While I acknowledge my responsibility for missing the return window, the seller's failure to address my concerns leaves me no choice but to rate this sale one star.Seller Response
This Shelford Channel was in brand-new mint condition when shipped with everything in working order. I answered multiple messages from the buyer regarding the issue. Unfortunately, after a month of the new buyer owning the item, I cannot speculate on how or why the meter is not functioning. It is not my responsibility to maintain tech support or fix an issue weeks after the window to do so is closed. The buyer had the opportunity to let me know it wasn't working during that window but chose not to.Rating

The item was damaged during shipping I contacted gear exchange explained the item was damaged and we sent messages back and forth and talked to explain what I saw when I opened the box.
