Packaged well but these are not K&M stands, nor hamilton. So the advertising was off.

I'm sorry to hear about the stands. To the best of my knowledge, that is what the stands are. I do remember seeing a sticker on one of the stands that said "by Hamilton." Regardless, I hope they work well for you, and if you have any further questions or concerns, please let me know.
