The people at Gilson Music were a pleasure to deal with; very friendly and informative. The guitar case with the guitar was heavily wrapped in plastic pillow sheets and it didn’t move an inch inside the shipping box. It was shipped the next day after I purchased it and my guitar arrived in perfect shape; FIVE stars to both Gilson Music & Sweetwater!!!
