I had a rush job working on the latest "The Richard Amos Project" song. This direct box arrived on time and helped me complete the project without any noise on the guitar track.

When the unit arrived not working as expected, the communication was great, the seller asked for a few bits of info - and with that we came to an agreement that hopefully made everyone satisfied. Great seller.
