This experience was the worst experience I have ever had with Gear Exchange. It me calling Sweetwater to get the shipper to even get off their A-- to ship the pedal several days after it was purchased.Rating

Short story: Paid for item, was sent something different, seller claimed he didn't have what i had purchased -sent it somewhere else and could not recover it. Kept listing for what i was sent listed. Horribly slow to respond to messages. 10 day return policy took over 30.Seller Response
