absolutely perfect customer service and product. The backpack honestly seems brand new. And the seller checked in and gave status updates about shipping the whole way through the process.

Start to finish positive experience with this seller. He was prompt with a response when the purchase was made, and let me know the status of the order. There was great attention to detail in the way my guitar was shipped. The guitar was listed as mint condition, and it 100% was. Looks like it was grabbed straight from production. Ten out of ten experience.

The seller, MALTYDANE was very responsive and able to answer any questions I had on my purchase, it was my first seven string baritone guitar. The ESP 607b came with all its original accessories, in pristine condition. I could tell they care a great deal about their equipment, how it sounds, they even made sure to downtune the strings for a safe transit. also, opening the package gave me that New-in-Box feeling, the guitar itself didn't feel secondhand or weathered, which again, if you're going to buy used gear, you'd want to get it from someone who knows how to take care of what they sell before fulfilling any purchase. I would buy from them again, if I see something I felt I needed, great experience overall🤝
