It arrived with cosmetic and internal damage, parts rolling around inside the box because it was not packed properly. When I contacted the seller. Buyer is ignorant. The item was shipped and packed by FedEx. I've exclusively used them for all of my 15 years plus of shipping. Never a single issue. I've shipped 1950s Les Paul's through them. In reality, buyer didn't read description and is throwing a fit. Item has private insurance on it. I offered to file a claim for the minor damage incurred during shipping. Buyer thinks he can have his cake and eat it too. No worries, this review will be taken down. Update, buyer retuned unit. No issues that weren't described in the listing were present.Seller Response
