I shipped out your pedal on the July 7th via priority mail. USPS tracking site says it was delivered on July 9th. I'm not sure why you didn't contact me sooner. It's been over a week since it was delivered. I will contact USPS and figure what happened. Gear Exchange customer service has been contacted and is aware about this issue.
