Well, mint condition would mean the frets don’t buzz. I even didn’t open the box until the next day to bring the guitar to room temperature to avoid wood, fret, glue problems and any other issue. I know the description mentioned sharp frets which is an easy fix when I get around to filing the burrs off, but string buzzing up and down the fret board is something else. I like the sound where it doesn’t buzz. It would make a nice travel guitar once the buzz is taken care of. I’m no luthier I just hope loosening the strings will help straighten out the fret board before I mess with the truss rod if it comes with one. Now I know why it was marked down to a hundred bucks. Could have been a little more forthcoming about the neck. I certainly got what I paid for
