Item arrived with incorrect power supply. Seller initially demurred a partial refund to rectify the error. However, thanks to my Sweetwater Sales Engineer, Nick Horn, and Sweetwater Parts rep Darryl Evans, and a Gear Exchange whose name I cannot now remember, the partial refund was processed, a new Power Supply was purchased and delivered. The now works flawlessly, and I could not be happier.

The reality here is you claim I sent you a bogus power supply, yet you refused to send it back to me for testing and/or replacement.
I declined your refund request because you NEVER contacted me about the power supply issue until AFTER you reached out to Sweetwater about a replacement, and as per Sweetwater, you wanted three times what a 24-volt power supply cost anywhere else.
When Sweetwater notified me of your request, I offered you a full refund if you returned the unit to me, but you never responded to that message, either.
The power supply I sent you was the very same power supply I got with that unit when I purchased it, yet you chose NOT to give me an opportunity to address your alleged issue. While I admit it's possible I did make a mistake, had I done so I would most certainly have owned up to it and made things right for you, but you never gave me a chance.
