it took a week to get a hold of anyone. They broke one of the inputs after I paid for the equipment, Once I got someone on the phone probably 10 days later, they said they had no plan to fix or ship my MPC. I told them don't try to fix it. They attempted to but failed. Again I asked what's the plan? Are you waiting on a part to fix it? UUUUMMMMMM is all he said, and "I tried" luckily he sent me pictures, and I knew exactly what to do, I wanted to lay "The Smack Down" but I pretty much stole the listing. I mean Akai MPC One Gold edition for $199, I could flip it for $400 easy. They must've not known what they were selling apparently. So HYeah Not professional, or curtious for paying customers. Bad Customer service if you get a response. Oh BTW I messaged them 5 days after purchase with no response, Had to call and call and call then call again caused there voicemail NO BUENO. No lie
