Jim is a very good communicator and quickly responded to a question I had about shipping. My guitar arrived in a timely fashion and was Very Carefully Packed and Boxed. It takes a huge amount of commitment and dedication, which I have (so far) been unable to muster. But the payoff (being able to play guitar) will be so great that I have not given up the cause. Right now the lure of nature photography is too strong for me to ignore, so the guitar is on the back burner. As a retired wildlife biologist, I am unable to pull myself away from the call of the wild things that live right outside my door. I apologize for the digression. I hope you are able to focus on learning the guitar and that you soon have a lot of fun with your new instrument.
