Everything was great up to trying to receive the package as they made it signature only required which delayed the package a day or two and I had to drive a 40 mile round-trip to pick it up at the Fedex center as Fedex could not figure out how to get me the package any other way

This QSC module replaced the older model that blew at a gig. Eastern Pro Audio sent us this module quickly and it looks like brand new. Works great and were back to our regular PA arrangement.
