These folks sent the guitar carefully secured, wrapped, and packaged so that it arrived in pristine condition. I was very impressed with the care they took in preparing it for shipping. The guitar was perfect except for a noisy volume pot which I quickly repaired. The guitar was as advertised and sent and delivered promptly. I sent a question regarding the sale and they responded immediately. I don't know what else I could have asked more from them. I don't routinely respond to surveys but felt that I needed to let others know what a great job they did. They are a class act!

I received this guitar in excellent condition, matching the description of the condition as listed . I was hard pressed to find any evidence of the guitar having been previously used. Exceptional care was taken in packaging the guitar to protect it from potential damage during shipping. While the truss rod was stiff and still filled with some wood shavings, the guitar looks amazing and plays like it is brand new. It was packed well too. No sign of damage to the box. The dealer gives lots of information for contacting them.
