Was prompt on getting them Mailed and did a great job communicating. Thank You! These were heavy units and it looked like FedEx dropped the box when handling. One of the faceplates got broken, but it seems to work. All good.

The mic was shipped promptly in safe packaging. It came in excellent condition as advertised. I use it in a pair with a second SM81 to record classical guitar and its performance is identical. My only feedback is that a few questions I had messaged via GE were not answered. Otherwise, the transaction went very well.
