Because you packaged the strap in such a small box, you caused four (4) different and disgusting creases in it ! Surely shipping wasn’t that much. Hopefully you didn’t ruin my strap. Poor judgement. Charlie

I am so sorry for this error. You are right, that was poor judement on my part. I had thought that I had packaged it in a way to void more creases than what was shown in the original post but I obviously failed and I'll learn for next time. I know that doesn't help you now but I'll make it right if I can.
