I bought the wrong item because Gear Exchange showed me the wrong item in my search when on my phone. Completely my fault and mistake oops. Seller response when return requested: 'How could you not know what you were buying? I have a no return policy, not sure what to do.' Gear Exchange customer support told me theres nothing they can do. My fault and mistake for buying from Gear Exchange. Dislike. Won't repeat.

I have a no-return policy and the item is CLEARLY marked in the listing and in the description. You can see what model this is in the pictures, there's even a picture of the box! I'm not in the biz of trials and exchanges, just a musician selling used gear in excellent condition. It was shipped well across the country from NYC to OR for FREE and the item is as described.
