Very friendly and accommodating. He reached out directly after my purchase and asked if I wanted different gage strings, for my style of play. I refused, because it was already set up exactly how I like to play, dropped down and dirty. He communicated through the whole process and was very quick to reply to any questions that I had. 10 star rating. Also, he took very good care of the guitar that I purchased. A lot of pride in the setup and intonation.
