The last key on the right (C) was apparently disturbed by the shipping as it is rubbing the key to the left (B) and getting stuck. I am hoping it is simply a matter of accessing the key bed and realigning the key/spring etc. Frustrating, but hopefully I can fix it. The key still plays a tone when pressed, it just stays in the down position as it is rubbing the next door key so tightly. I am not removing any stars for this because the seller tried to package the keyboard properly. The box broke down a bit during transit and perhaps that is what allowed the keyboard to move around enough to cause the problem. Despite the sellers efforts to write fragile etc. all over the box, the shipping company still managed to sling it around too much I guess. Other than that, the Nautilus was in great condition and I am looking forward to using it at our church. Thank you to egumbel for prompt service and God bless.Rating
