The seller, Brian, was very thoughtful about who he might be selling this guitar too. This guitar is equipped with a Floyd Rose tremolo, so Brian included hand written tuning instructions in the case. Guitar is very heavy and even with extra bubble wrap placed in a Gator case, rough shipping handling caused the cutout that restrains the neck from movement, the cutout became deformed allowing the neck to slide around. Guitar still arrived OK. Future sellers shipping guitars inside cases might want to FIRMLY SECURE the instrument to prevent movement and prevent any damage. I think the seller might have been selling this instrument because of the Floyd Rose tremolo. I'v been using them since 1998. they can be difficult to adjust for first time users. Lock nuts, string lock blocks, saddle height screws, fine adjust screws, spring claw adjustments, intonation adjustment screws.
