There are several “ dead spots” on the upper register frets and a quarter size chunk out of the body. I didn’t want to say anything because I don’t know how or when it happened. The seller has a great profile. So, I don’t know what to think. Very disappointed. This is beyond my knowledge how to fix.

This is confusing. The guitar played well, was in excellent condition and definitely had no damage (definitely no chunks out of the body) when it was shipped. It was shipped in an endorsed Sweetwater/Gear Exchange container and well packed. Is the shipping container damaged? Is this guitar being confused for a different one? Before leaving a bad rating, I wish the buyer had contacted me. The shipment was fully insured and a claim could be made if there was damage in shipping.
