I’ve been trying to return the guitar due to an internal buzzing problem. Sweetwater has not responded in a week. What’s up?

The Sweetwater policy states:
- Sweetwater Gear Exchange recommends that you request documentation of the issues (photos, videos, etc.) from the buyer so that you can troubleshoot further.
- We also encourage buyers to contact sellers immediately if any issues or questions come up. You can communicate via Messages to discuss possible solutions.
- If the buyer clicks the Report a Problem button on their Purchases page, then a message will be sent to the seller and the Gear Exchange team to follow up.
I requested audio from the buyer and he was unable to attach an audio file. I suggested the buyer click Report a Problem. I would like Sweetwater to either enable the audio so I can hear it, or cover the cost of shipping to return the guitar because there were no issues with the guitar when I shipped it.
