I’ve been trying to return the guitar due to an internal buzzing problem. Sweetwater has not responded in a week. What’s up?

The Sweetwater policy states: - Sweetwater Gear Exchange recommends that you request documentation of the issues (photos, videos, etc.) from the buyer so that you can troubleshoot further. - We also encourage buyers to contact sellers immediately if any issues or questions come up. You can communicate via Messages to discuss possible solutions. - If the buyer clicks the Report a Problem button on their Purchases page, then a message will be sent to the seller and the Gear Exchange team to follow up. I requested audio from the buyer and he was unable to attach an audio file. I suggested the buyer click Report a Problem. I would like Sweetwater to either enable the audio so I can hear it, or cover the cost of shipping to return the guitar because there were no issues with the guitar when I shipped it.

Very helpful ,answered all my questions .The amp that was represented in the photos was the amp he sold to me. It sounds good and looks good .He also shipped fast.
