I've received the amp and it appears to be in good condition. I have not tried it out yet. I found dealing with this seller difficult in terms of communication and pick up. I had to call Sweetwater to help me get a response and arrange the pick up.

Hi, I hope you enjoy the amp. To be honest, I'm surprised by this feedback. I messaged you less than 24 hours after you purchased the amp, then didn't hear back for five days, only to receive an email from customer support 24 hours after your second message saying that you couldn't get in touch with me. I'm suspecting you missed my message to you, in which case I can understand your frustration. Otherwise, I felt like I was timely in my communications and accommodating with the pickup, arranging to have my wife meet you in the middle of a workday at your requested time and location. Anyhow, wish you many good years of playing with the amp.
