Thank you for leaving feedback. As I told you when we spoke, I don't sell guitars as a business; I buy a lot of guitars for pleasure, and sometimes I have too many, which is why I sold this one. I appreciate the four stars; however, because I always try my best whenever I transact business with anyone, I was surprised by your feedback. At one time, I had one of the biggest vintage guitar collections in the world. I used to compete for guitars with greats like Eric Clapton, George Harrison, and the actor Richard Gere. No one would have claimed disappointment in their dealings with me as you did when we spoke. I am certainly not happy that the guitar arrived damaged, but it can happen. However, I handled each step promptly. The claim was made within 15 minutes of you telling me about it, and I refunded your money as quickly as possible. Anyway, I have enormous respect for your service in the military, and I wish you the absolute best in life. Richard
