I was disappointed by the seller's delay in sending the item, which was then further delayed by the USPS; the condition of the box and how my item was packaged, which was shoddy at best; and the fact that I do not feel the condition of the item is "Excellent" as advertised. I'd call it "Good." There is a major crimp in one section, making it very difficult to raise and lower. It was not worth the price I paid, especially when taking all of these issues into consideration.
