One of the pickups was very loose when I removed it from packaging but I’d blame FedEx for that, other than that hiccup the guitar I bought was in good condition just as it was listed and sounds and plays great. The only other issue that I have is the guitar doesn’t stay in tune but I believe that’s the you get what you pay for when you buy one of these epiphones.Seller Response
This is the first review of less than 5 stars I have received in my entire time selling my used gear here or on Reverb and while I respect the buyer's opinion, the comments in the feedback appear to be geared more to the guitar itself and not reflective of my service or how I described the item as the seller. This guitar was listed in "Good" condition to account for possibility of having more than minor blemishes and defects (i.e. loose screws or tuning issues) due to it being a cheap guitar. At time of sale, this model guitar is the cheapest Epiphone available on Sweetwater. Tuning stability is a common issue for "cheap" guitars. Tuning issues were not in the description since I hadn't played the guitar much prior to the sale to notice or remember to specifically note that. I had not noticed any issues with loose pickups at time of shipping, so likely may have lossened up in transit due to cheap screws used in cheaper model guitars or handling by FedEx.Used Epiphone Riviera
