Description
The Pro Plus SLA2's premium features include an arched nyatoh body and a three-piece through-body maple/walnut neck, along with a hand-rubbed oil finish on the back for smooth playability and comfort. Graphite-reinforcement rods provide added stability to guard against temperature- and humidity-induced bending and warping.
Its 12"-16" compound radius bound ebony fingerboard with 24 jumbo stainless-steel frets is built for highly technical, lightspeed playing—more curved near the nut for comfortable chording, flattening out as you move up the neck for faster runs and wide bends without fretting out. Luminlay® side dots guide your way even on the darkest stages.
A pair of direct-mount Seymour Duncan® humbucking pickups (JB/'59™) deliver powerful tonal versatility, paired with single volume and tone controls plus a five-way blade switch for expanded voicing options. A Jackson® hardtail bridge ensures laser-accurate intonation and ultra-stable tuning.
