I bought this head from Sweetwater a while back, and while Gear Exchange Rules say I have to list it as Used, it is BRAND NEW and still in the original box. I have way too much gear but thought I needed yet another head, so I bought this one, then had a medical emergency (CABG3x) the day before delivery, so couldn't open it. Before I knew it, it was too late to return it, so my loss is your gain.
