The cymbal was packed extremely poorly. Zero protection. My guess is that either a UPS employee stepped on it, or something mething very heavy was put on it t. I opened up the cardboard, not even a box, and the cymbal was inverted. This was a 22" Paiste ME Crash. And it was inverted! I am worried about the structural integrity. I did pop it back into shape. Thankfully. Great deal, but poor packing for shipment.

I take responsibility for inadequate packaging and will be shipping cymbals differently in the future. The shipping issue was quite the surprise, as I've shipped dozens of cymbals this way. Regardless, I'll do better for future buyers!
