The seller didn’t send any tracking info until after the package was apparently delivered, and there was no package to be found in my mailbox. I deserve a refund.

As a seller, I provided tracking information for this pedal after it was delivered as I was out of town for the holiday and I shipped it via USPS. USPS tracking info has documented that the pedal was successfully delivered to the buyer's residence and I asked him to check with his neighbors to see if it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. I opened a claim with USPS and Sweetwater to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, this buyer was willing to leave a negative review before attempting to resolve the issue.
