Guitar has a prominent chip on bottom rear that was not clearly documented or communicated in ad. Nice guitar but has some damage.
This is the only way to communicate with you now. The damage is obvious but okay I believe you didn’t notice it. I will accept the $10 and please disclose ANY damage next time you sell something.
Ps. The packaging job was terrific. Best I’ve ever seen actually

Sorry you are dissapointed with the the condition of the guitar.
My description was done in good faith, and i considered "excellent" condition, as a desgriptive choice from The Gear Exchange listing options, but of course that may be open to some interpretation by the buyer.
Honestly i didn't notice that ding on the back lower bout below the electronics cavity, in my own usage, and not when packing the guitar. (you gotta admit i did a good job packing :-)
But in looking at my pictures it is clearly there and easily seen.
So my statement minimal body wear is accurate. (LOL they call this relicing nowadays and people pay good money for it)
I appreciated you working with me on this deal.
All that said, I'm not inclined to honor your request of a refund of $40, but I will send you a refund of $10 for your trouble.
Please advise of your acceptance of my offer, and sorry.
