Seller should warn buyer about the lack of tone and resonance in a unfrettted instrument. This guitar was retrurned before but the buyer is forced to pay the retrun shipping charges which are too expensive. U.P.S. is also poor in delivery accuracy. Moving delivery date up one day early on the day it was deliveed was not enough warning. In the past UPS has also delivered guitars to the wrong address as well in my experience.

This was an 8-string fretless guitar, clearly described in the listing. Fretless instruments naturally have different sustain and tonal characteristics than fretted guitars. The item was shipped in like-new condition and matched the description. A return for full refund was offered. Buyer did pay promptly. Communication completed.
