Sent me a broken pedal, I sent it back and was quickly refunded in full. Wish it worked! If it broke in transit, I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience! If you sent me a known broken pedal, that's not cool

Kevin, I appreciate that you assume I am evil and sent you a broiken pedal. Your feedback is not appropriate as Julia worked when I sent her as you can see from all of my feedback, rating is 5 stars. The issue either happened in transit or due to your rig. Since I do not know for sure I will not blame you or the Postal Service. From my standpoint I sent you a working pedal and refunded your money promptly, and paid for return shipping. In my book that is 5 Stars.
