The mixer was shipped in a timely manner and arrived undamaged, it was well packaged. It was so clean, it looked new. It was shipped at the beginning of the snow/ice storm that swept across the nation. Because of the extreme cold temperatures I waited a day before unpacking the box to prevent condensation.
