The seller was not truthful about the item sold and would not help when contacted, he would not supply serial number or any paperwork so they we could register the item, further more the information needed to download the appropriate software. I would definitely think twice before purchasing from this seller. According to the manufacturer without the serial number no software is available and I have bought a useless microphone.

Sorry you feel this way. The listing was for the microphone only. You had 7 days to initiate a return, but waited over a month to reach out. I purchased the mic second-hand and never had the software. I have Slate’s perpetual license, and the mic functioned perfectly. I’ve learned from this and will be clearer in future listings.
