Friendly communication, very fast shipping. Item could have been packaged better as box was pretty banged up when it arrived but the Player was fine. I left 1 point off because item description listed "original power supply and box". Well, the power supply only had the US plug attachment and not the EU / UK attachments that were supposed to be included, or the box / manual. I messaged about this with a reference pic but didn't received a response although a previous response indicated he was travelling. Overall mostly positive but would have appreciated a more accurate description before buying
