Overall a very good transaction. The head was shipped very quickly and packaged very good including the original box. The unit is in excellent external condition as described. Included was the power cord, however it would have been nice to have received the manual, speakon and usb cables as well. It was not mentioned in the listing whether or not they were included so I can't say they were intentionally not shipped with it. I could have asked but all in all not a deal breaker. Very happy with my purchase.
