The package arrived in a beat-up condition. Shipping tape was coming off the box at sealed points. I shook the package and realized the mixer moving extensively inside. Opening the box I found that the mixer was wrapped in two layer of bubble plastic, but no additional packaging filler material was in the box to keep the mixer in a secure position to insure no damage would occur to the item. Very poor packaging. Hopefully, after the shipping journey the mixing operates 100% as indicated. I do like this mixing board and am looking forward to using it in my studio system. Thank you JYN
