This is an updated review re: this purchase and the seller. The item I purchased arrived in damaged, non working order. Naturally I was disappointed. I gave a bad review. I wasn't aware that Sweetwater assisted with returns and refunds. My immediate thought was that I was out of luck. Not the case. Both the seller and Sweetwater stand behind their items and transactions. I was pleasantly surprised and received a full refund to include shipping and taxes. I've received my refund and will try another purchase looking for the same item. I've given this seller four stars. It would have been 5 stars but I feel as though the whole situation could have been avoided if he only attempted to turn the unit on to test. Unit would not power on due to old corroded batteries were still installed. This is a simple honest mistake but it did cause this mix up. 😁

The amp was defective and we worked out a full refund. It was an oversight and we made it right.
