my guitar arrived damaged, however it was not due to any negligence on the part of this seller. It was damaged due to rough handling by the shipper. jtriga had purchased shipping insurance and is working with me to be compensated for the damage. He has filed a claim with the insurer and we are currently waiting for an invoice from the repair shop so he can complete the claim.Rating

An exceptional transaction. Item was much better than described. The Larrivee guitar was flawless. The case looked new. Seller packed using strategically placed large formed bubble on the ends and sides, which made for the best packed item that I’ve received in my 500 or so purchases.
